6. Fresher : Who has completed his/her education in any collegiate institution and is searching for his/her first job.
7. Professional : Who is currently working in a company. Based on the total years of work experience, professionals are categorized into juniors (less than 5 years of work experience) and seniors (more than 5 years of work experience). Junior professionals are not a separate user group and in portal there is no need to show this user group explicitly.
8. Academicians : Who is currently working in a university, college or any educational institution. Based on the total years of work experience they are categorized into juniors (less than 5 years of work experience) and seniors (more than 5 years of work experience). Junior Academicians are not a separate user group and in portal there is no need to show this user group explicitly.
9. Mentor : A guide who can help the mentee to find right direction and right solutions to the mentee’s career issues. Mentors rely upon having had similar experiences to gain an empathy with the mentee and an understanding of their issues. Mentoring provides the mentee with an opportunity to think and analyze career options and progress.
10. Content : Anything posted or uploaded by students, freshers, professionals or academicians in the portal.
11. Member : Portal user who is registered with our portal and successfully completed entering his profile information in A2B2 IT SERVICES . He can be a student, fresher, professional or academician user of A2B2 IT SERVICES .
12. Cookie : Small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about web portal activity. Some cookies and other technologies may help to recall personal information previously indicated by a web user.
13. Electronic Form : Information which is generated, sent and received from one or multiple computers to another computer or multiple computers, which is later stored as an electronic record.
14. Electronic Record : Data record or data generated, received or sent in an electronic form or computer generated.
15. Upload : Transfer of data from one computer to another via HTTP or FTP protocols or any alternative protocols which is allowed for registered users only.
16. Author : The creator of the data or document who is its natural copyright holder
17. External links : Domains/Pages which are not owned by A2B2 IT SERVICES are considered as external links.
18. Legal Guardian : Natural guardians or guardians appointed by the court.
19. Registered user : A user who is logged in with a A2B2 IT SERVICES user account using an authorized A2B2 IT SERVICES cookie.
20. Subscriber : User who has successfully registered at A2B2 IT SERVICES .
21. Termination : Permanently removes the registered account.
22. Suspension : Block access to the registered account.
23. Transfer : Allows usage of A2B2 IT SERVICES registered account for temporary or permanent usage to persons who are not party to this “Terms of Service”.

Registration (For all users)
1. User below the age of 16 is restricted to register any account on A2B2 IT SERVICES .
2. Registration of students of age above 16 years and below 18 years can be done only with the help of respective legal parents/guardian who are allowed to open an account for the user
3. Students above age of 18 are entitled for registration.
4. User should agree not to give false information to A2B2 IT SERVICES and should keep account information up-to date.
5. User is not allowed to register an account at A2B2 IT SERVICES if convicted under any Indian/International Law.
6. If user’s existing account is suspended by A2B2 IT SERVICES , he/she shall not create another new account
7. If user is above 16 years and below 18 years, he/she can access/use the A2B2 IT SERVICES account only under the supervision of his/her parent/guardian.A2B2 IT SERVICES is not liable for any students/users participation in the portal between 16 and 18 years , if it is done without any supervision of parent/guardian.
8. Professional accounts can be created only by professionals (see definition 1(d) for more info)
9. Fresher accounts can be created only by freshers (see definition 1(c) for more info)
10. Academician accounts can be created only by academicians (see definition 1(e) for more info)
11. The user shall not transfer his/her account to any other person.

Acceptable usage for all users
1. Use A2B2 IT SERVICES only for Education, Mentoring, Connections and for objectives of A2B2 IT SERVICES .
2. Do not promote your own personal product or advertise it
3. Do not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of individuals (such as rights of privacy and publicity)
4. Do not violate any Indian/International law or laws of any country.
5. Do not impersonate other persons

Data Collected

The following data is collected by A2B2 IT SERVICES :

Details of how you used our services.
Information of your IP address only for analytics through Google.
Browser agents, Operating System, Referral details of the users.

Content (For all user accounts)
1. The user is liable for content posted/uploaded by him/her in public/private on A2B2 IT SERVICES
2. The user is liable for his/her own comments
3. A2B2 IT SERVICES can monitor/remove content or files uploaded by the user or by others
4. The user should agree to give credit to an author if he/she is using another person’s document or file
5. The user shall not upload any content which is illicit/porn or files which will violate Indian or any other country’s law
6. The users shall not upload or post links to any copyrighted document/file without prior permission of the original author of the document / file
7. The user should not create any risk to A2B2 IT SERVICES with the content he/she posts.
8. Download of any file posted by another user of A2B2 IT SERVICES that the user knows, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
9. A2B2 IT SERVICES reserves the right for any cause or reason to remove without notice any content of the portal received/posted/uploaded by any user
10. A2B2 IT SERVICES is also against and does not support content that displays any form of illegal trading, drug trafficking, arms or ammunition trading, terrorist propagandas or ideals and prostitution. A2B2 IT SERVICES is not liable for any such claims on usage by anyone.

A2B2 IT SERVICES profile photos of registered users are intended to create user interest and help other users to identify people in A2B2 IT SERVICES and help them to connect for knowledge sharing activity. Image uploading is allowed and encouraged if the user's motives are in accord with this purpose.

Since A2B2 IT SERVICES is a family-friendly public service portal, we reserve the right to reject unsuitable or pornographic images. If your profile photo depicts banned images, has an illegal connotation, or against the religion or sentiment of the people of India or any other society, the admin reserves the right to ban and block the user and if needed initiate legal action against the person.

We do not support or endorse any form of content that is abusive, racial, gender/age biased. A2B2 IT SERVICES also reserves the right to remove such content permanently and ban the user from using the portal and its services.

Public Viewing & Granting of Limited Rights

Be aware that, the photo uploaded by you in the profile photo space will be displayed to the public and you cannot hide your profile photo.

By uploading, you are allowing A2B2 IT SERVICES to publish the photo on our web portal or in other electronic promotional materials. If we ever consider publishing your photo in any print media, we may or may not contact you for permission.

Members agree to hold harmless and release A2B2 IT SERVICES , its staff, officers and affiliated entities from loss, claim, injury, damage or expense, including, but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and costs, which are in any way connected or associated with the uploading of any photo to A2B2 IT SERVICES .

Uploading documents

By uploading documents in A2B2 IT SERVICES :

You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the document and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it.
Your submission to A2B2 IT SERVICES gives unconditional permission for us to publish your document on the portal and if featured, it may be distributed to our members.
If someone violates your copyright -- it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not upload your documents.
It is the A2B2 IT SERVICES ’s sole decision as to whether your documents can be published and for how long. There are no guarantees made that your document(s) will be published. We reserve the right to remove your document(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason.
The A2B2 IT SERVICES editorial team reserves the right to re-classify your document in a topic category that may be more suitable than originally submitted.
You acknowledge that we do not pay for submissions to our directory and we do not require members to pay you for their use of your document.
You declare that you will not send in any documents with direct affiliate links in them. We reject documents with direct affiliate links.
Must not be a Private Label Rights (PLR) document or Contain Unattributed Content to Which the Author Does Not Have Exclusive Rights.

Member Profile
1. Admin can modify the details entered by user such as type of institution, college/institution, university, industry functional area and organization as it related to master database update.
2. You shall be responsible for the accuracy of the details entered by you in your profile. You may update your profile information at all times in A2B2 IT SERVICES .
3. Please take adequate measures to protect your chosen password. You are completely responsible for the use of your password. After you have created your profile, A2B2 IT SERVICES will send you an activation link by e-mail to authenticate your account.
Indemnification

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless A2B2 IT SERVICES (including its and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, group companies, agents, representatives or subcontractors) from any and all claims and losses imposed on, incurred by or asserted as a result of or related to:

Your access and use of A2B2 IT SERVICES
Any non-compliance by you with the terms and conditions hereof; or
Any third party actions related to users receipt and use of the information, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Disclosure to law enforcement

A2B2 IT SERVICES may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

Termination / Suspension

A2B2 IT SERVICES reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account

For any unauthorized access or use by you
If the user assigns or transfers (or attempts the same) any rights granted to him/her under this agreement
If the user violates any of the other terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
For usage of account for any other purpose apart from the objectives of services provided by A2B2 IT SERVICES .

Jurisdiction

The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Chennai, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this portal. Use of this portal is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

Any clause declared invalid shall be deemed severable and not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder. These terms can be changed by A2B2 IT SERVICES without any prior notice.

Trademarks

A2B2 IT SERVICES and our logo is trademark registered under Indian Trademarks Act. We give no permission for use of our trademark and such use may constitute an infringement of our rights. We do not endorse any logo, word, service marks posted on A2B2 IT SERVICES portal since they are the property of their respective owners. We do not endorse or affiliate any of these marks.

Portal Utilization charges
1. A2B2 IT SERVICES charges an annual non- refundable membership fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) inclusive of all taxes per student at the time of registration at A2B2 Club which has to be paid. This fee is for exclusive access to the portal for One year. Membership fee subject to revision at the discretion of the management of A2B2 IT SERVICES .
2. A2B2 IT SERVICES charges its corporate partners on an annual subscription model and is governed by separate partner agreement.

Discounts and offers on the fee are completely at the discretion of A2B2 IT SERVICES and are not disputable or negotiable.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which A2B2 IT SERVICES collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.A2B2.in portal ("portal"). This privacy policy applies to the Portal and all products and services offered by A2B2 IT SERVICES .

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our portal, register on the portal, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Portal. Payment Terms & Conditions

A2B2 IT SERVICES charges a one-time fee of Rs. 1000 per student/fresher users only, for accessing the portal extensively and its features including Ask for Assistance, Jobs, internships, events, news , knowledge library etc. apart from core Mentoring. This fee is towards the operational and maintenance expenses of the portal.

Online payments

1.1. Payment authorization and payment remittance:

The online payment service is provided by “ICICI payment service limited” on behalf of A2B2 IT SERVICES , hereafter called as “Service Provider”.
Service Provider will use its best efforts to make all your payments properly. However, the Service Provider shall incur no liability if the Service Provider is unable to complete any payments initiated by you because of the existence of any one or more of the following circumstances:

If, though no fault of the Service Provider, your Payment Account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction or the transaction would exceed the credit limit of your overdraft account;
If The payment processing center is not working properly and you know or have been advised by the Service Provider about the malfunction before you execute the transaction;
You have not provided the Service Provider with the correct Payment Account information, or the correct name, address, phone number, or account information for the Payee; and/or,
Circumstances beyond control of the Service Provider (such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, or interference from an outside force) prevent the proper execution of the transaction and the Service Provider has taken reasonable precautions to avoid those circumstances.
Provided none of the foregoing exceptions are applicable, if the Service Provider causes an incorrect amount of funds to be removed from your Payment Account or causes funds from your Payment Account to be directed to a Payee which does not comply with your Payment Instructions, the Service Provider shall be responsible for returning the improperly transferred funds to your Payment Account, and for directing to the proper Payee any previously misdirected transactions, and, if applicable, for any late payment related charges.
Circumstances beyond control of the Service Provider (such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, or interference from an outside force) prevent the proper execution of the transaction and the Service Provider has taken reasonable precautions to avoid those circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:

Once initiated, payments cannot be cancelled. Once money is delivered to the recipient, the transaction is non-reversible and non-refundable to you.

1.2. Direct / Offline Payments

For offline / direct payment through cash/cheque/DD/direct deposit. Updating students as members of A2B2 IT SERVICES will be done after realization of funds in our bank. A2B2 IT SERVICES is not liable for any delay in processing the payment. A2B2 IT SERVICES will take 1-2 business days time to update the list of students in the database as members.
If the payment received is less than the actual amount (total number of students x Rs.500 = actual amount), A2B2 IT SERVICES admin is privileged to update selected students as members in the database, equivalent to the amount received on the confirmation from the respective facilitator.
Once the payment is confirmed,

The students need to register by selecting their college name and their university registration number given in the list.
On successful registration an automated activation email will be sent to each user.
The user needs to check their registered email-id given during registration with A2B2 IT SERVICES to activate their account.

1.3. Refund

Money debited from the user account and transaction lost due to any issues will be refunded within 10 days to the user account.
If any duplication or multiple debits for a single user excess amount debited will be refunded within 10 days to the user account.

1.4. Privacy Policy

The details provided by you shall be utilized only for the purpose of receiving the payments to be made by you to the Institution. All data shall be kept secure, and shall not be divulged to anyone or utilized for any other purpose.

General Issues

A2B2 IT SERVICES reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

WE PROVIDE THE A2B2 PLATFORM FOR PUBLIC AND ALL INFORMATION AND SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. A2B2 IT SERVICES DOES NOT CONTROL OR VET USER GENERATED CONTENT FOR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS.
